Artist's Comments
It has taken me 5 years to complete this dress. I made a chain over 100 feet long of the starburst wrappers (the candy) and then handsewed the chain to a corset that i bought. The shoes are decoupaged starburst wrappers, i bought red flats from Target. I made a tie out of the larger starburst wrapper package for the guy and decoupaged the belt clasp with wrappers also.
It's taken me a long time, and I hope to find some interest in this, so spread the word.
